For basic accommodation the Sessile Oak is ideal.
Good location near retail parks, close to beach and town centre.
Staff were pleasant friendly and helpful.
I felt the whole place could do with a make over plus I didn't appreciate the fire alarm going off at 6am resulting in an evacuation to the car park for no good reason.

Check was terrible
No directions to the building where the accommodation was , and above all room on motorway side noisy 24 hours . No lift in accommodation check in person did not bother to inform me or offerex a room on groud floor , room dirty staine walls
