Booked so called "deluxe family room" got a very pokey small twin bed room, poor facilities, child had to sleep on a mattress on the floor, shower mouldy..no welcome from the staff, on leaving we were asked to pay extra for our child, we showed the receipt for 2 adults and child, the staff member kept saying "and" "and" refused to believe us. We pointed out the mould in shower and our child had to sleep on the floor, the gentleman in charge(who from other negative reviews we believe is called Colin) told us abruptly to "leave now then" proceeded to bundle my wife and 8 year out the door, the manager and female assistant were very unpleasant at this stage(at no point we we introduced to staff by name) very disappointed, wife and child upset..I recommend to check other negatives on here about this place.
