    Perfect location. Breakfast stunning! Rooftop bar - fabulous. No longer do the happy hour free drink - not a problem. Staff helpful and friendly. We opted for smallest room in hotel and it was great! What we needed for a city break - shower fab - sounding proofing on windows we were over Main Street but couldn’t hear a thing! Would recommend in a heartbeat.

    Pros: Great location I must say! Right at the Norreport station, which is only 15 minutes away from the airport! Most attractions are within walkable distance. Lots of shops, supermarkets, and eatery around the area. Cons: The room is very small, no extra chair to sit. Washroom is very basic, no counter space. I wish there is a table/chair for stuffs. No kettle or coffee maker provided in the room, which was the biggest problem for us. We can even make tea or coffee. Overall: great location, good sound insulation we barely hear any noises even thought we were right beside the elevator, clean room, great staffs.

    I wanted to book an extra night and was told to go to the website despite being at the desk. The website then glitched and booked the wrong dates. The receptionist said she could sort it for a small administration fee,, but only later did I realise she had charged me for a whole extra night! Felt totally ripped off and contacted the hotel two days ago and haven’t received a reply. Nice hotel, good location, very poor service.
