Spent one night at Ringwood Hall with friends. Very reasonable price with good food. Decided on a spa afternoon but the pool was cool as the boiler so it would have been nice to have been told before hand.

Advertised as a spa hotel, although there is a separate spa in the grounds you have to pre book we booked this hotel to use it's facilities and no where on this booking site did it say we had to pre book. So we drove all the way there and couldn't use pool steam room etc so it was pretty boring stay as there was a party going on and kids were running riot. Not a great experience for the money. We booked in for a meal in the restaurant after looking at the menu to get in there and it had changed they were apologetic we couldn't eat there so had to walk into town to find food. Again the restaurant is separate to the hotel. The room was lovely although again we didn't get the room we booked four poster bed but by this point I had had enough of complaining.
