We had a lovely time at the Horse and Jockey the room was very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was lovely we had a meal in the restaurant that was really nice service very good .We will stay here again and recommend it .

Stayed here as all availability in Matlock had gone and we weren’t disappointed. Lovely hotel, huge room that was cosy and warm. Fab shower and an amazing breakfast. Even though we live about 25 mins away we would definitely stay here again.

Had an overnight stay recently on our way up to the North East. Great find, room was immaculate and a very comfy bed . Staff very helpful and friendly. We had a Sunday roast in the evening and the restaurant was very busy .The following morning we had a full English breakfast which was delicious. Definitely recommend.
