Liked · location very close to 3 metro lines linking directly to 3 major train stations. minimart which opens late is in front. bathroom was not the 'too tiny' type. strong hot water works well. own microwave and stove and another sink outside bathroom, a decent size fridge, hair dryer. 3 power outlets+1 from hanging TV. So we got what we wanted most which was to easily prepare meals in own room. neighborhood seems safe.
Disliked · room is very small with less than 30cm from bed to wall on one side.(easier to climb on bed to get to another side of room). if you put your luggage under the only 1 built-in corner table, be careful not to hit your head with the table nor with cabinet above the stove. the accommodation style is 'room only' so, set your expectation correctly, i.e. after check in, you're quite on your own with 1 whatsapp number. In our case, the heater didn't work and staff from restaurant downstairs couldn't do anything about it. luckily it was cold but not too cold in April. (there is no air-conditioner). The owner of restaurant downstairs was kind and nice but couldn't help much if any object in the room doesn't work. In our case a connector-pipe leaked and flooded the floor underneath the sink. luckily it was fixed/re-attachable. A wooden chair had loose joint( do not rock while sitting or it'll break). During our stay of 5 nights, someone came in to take away the trash from the small bin everyday but there was not any bed or room cleaning which was probably normal but, more importantly, no new towels change at all. Be gentle with the toilet flush handle or it'll get stuck. The microwave is placed high above the stove so my wife needed to climb a chair to operate it. no elevator, stairs only. a window opposing the stairs of an adjacent building, so curtain is wisely always closed, (enough to observe the weather). wall is thin we can hear next door conversation, luckily we're heavy sleeper. Restaurant was kind to give space for luggage storage, but on limited hours.( no access to luggage after closed at night until it opens, and also 3-6pm, so plan/inform your check-in wisely. On arrival morning we waited in the cold for a while until someone came in to open the restaurant in the morning (after9) and came back to carry suitcases up at night. check out is easy. So it's ok if you set your expectation right for the budget. room for sleep only and spend most time exploring the city.

Fridge was broken, door was off the handles and it stank, would recommend they just remove the fridge and maybe don’t advertise cooking facilities. Room was clean and bathroom was fine, decent location.
