The hotel is located quite well, close to metro and some cafes. Tha staff was rather nice. Ask for special kids price for breakfast. However, the room was very very very small. Clean and nice, but tiny. Enjoy!!

I stayed with my family and we had 2 adjacent rooms. The location is not too bad if you don't mind using the Metro to get to and from the hotel, or if you're like us and like walking, not bad either. The staff were brilliant throughout our stay - especially Melick, who was super friendly, super helpful, and very knowledgable about Paris, and what a tourist would want. Another member of the team though wasn't as helpful when on on the second day we mentioned a specific dietary requirement as the breakfast did not cater for this. We were hoping he would bring something in for us as we had paid for breakfast, but this requirement was brushed off with him stating he didn't know much about what was within certain breakfast items and that we could have tea and toast. In the end, we paid a lot for what was only tea and toast during our stay. The first thing we noticed inside our rooms were the sliding frosted doors, which were absolutely see through and left nothing to the imagination. So if someone was in the bathroom, we would all have to either look away or leave the room. Not great if you're with the family or someone who you do not want to see you in the bathroom. Why on earth would any hotel have see-through doors! The next thing I noticed was a leaking toilet which left a puddle on the floor in one of the rooms. Someone came to fix it but all they did was put down some towels to stop the water from leaking. This then wasn't fixed properly until I reminded the staff a few days later. The shower cubicles were miniscule. The gap in the door to get in are very narrow. I'm super slim and I could just about get in, and when in felt quite cramped. If someone's bigger, they will find it quite difficult to shower comfortably. The doors in my cubicle also didn't fully close. The extractor fans also didn't work in any of the bathrooms. For a double room, the single and very small cupboard was only big enough for 1 person. And oddly, the hanger rail was vertical rather than horizontal, with only 5 / 6 hangers. The rooms also have absolutely no sound insulation whatsoever! We could hear everything from the other rooms. Talking, coughing, showering, toilet flushes. Everything! Room service was also hit and miss. The beds were done well everyday, but we had left our pyjamas on the bed before we left, but when we got back, on a few days, they been thrown on our suitcase and not put back. Not a major thing, I know, but it's that lack of care. This lack of care was also reflected in the way the bin bags were put in. I had to put them in properly every day. I appreciate how tough it must be to turn rooms around, but I've never had these things in any of the other hotels I've stayed. I really do want to like this small, well located hotel, but there are just too many things that need improving. Therefore, I really couldn't recommend it until they fix the issues.
