I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Portsmouth Marriott Hotel, and it was an excellent experience from start to finish. The hotel is well-maintained, modern, and provides a welcoming atmosphere. The rooms were spacious, clean, and incredibly comfortable, with plush bedding and all the amenities needed for a relaxing stay. One of the highlights of my visit was the breakfast. The selection was fantastic, offering a variety of hot and cold options, from freshly cooked full English breakfast to continental choices. The quality of the food was excellent, and the service was efficient and friendly, making for a great start to the day. A special mention goes to Joel, the night manager, whose professionalism and dedication truly stood out. He went above and beyond to ensure guests were well taken care of, handling late-night requests with ease and always greeting guests with a warm and friendly attitude. His attention to detail and commitment to customer satisfaction made a real difference. Overall, the Portsmouth Marriott Hotel exceeded my expectations. With its comfortable rooms, delicious breakfast, and exceptional staff—especially Joel—it’s a hotel I would highly recommend. I look forward to staying again in the future!

We booked our hotel room via Agoda. Our friend who was hosting their Anniversary party at your hotel rang up a few days in advance to try and secure us an early check in. Your team couldn't find our booking despite her trying a few times. We rang on Friday evening and the person that answered couldn't find our booking as wasn't very clued up in general. We turned up on Saturday and low and behold our booking was there! I was then asked to pay when we had already paid Agoda! No pool was a disappointment. We had a lovely party though
