All that you would expect of a 4 start hotel. Only minutes walk fro the Casino and Opera - and also to harbour. Couldnt ask for more

Be careful of rooms 501 or 502 on a Sunday or whenever the restaurant kitchen is above is doing a deep clean. It kept me awake until 0230. We switched to the 3rd floor with no issue for the second night. Still a great view. Staff very helpful in all aspects of our stay.

The only value in this hotel is the location. I paid *** night and the only part of the *** that was worth it was the location and view. The room cleanliness and housekeeping was extremely poor for this price. We received 1 bottle of water for 2 people; we had to get the techo to visit twice to connect the TV to the internet and provide a remote; the TV is so old you need 2 remotes to work it; the bathrobes had to be replaced as they were not properly cleaned and had what looked like lipstick on them; the towels looked old; the shower door was difficult to open as it scapes on the bathroom floor because the shower flow is so poorly tiled that the water doesn't flow to the drain and flows out of the shower. Overall, for *** a night I expect more than just a view of boats.
