We booked for two nights, and upon check-in we felt that something was wrong with the staff. Specifically with the receptionist... we were given a completely different room than the one we booked. I tried to kindly ask them to give us another one, but they refused to help us in every case, with the excuse that we didn't book through Agoda. I tried to talk to Agoda, which they told me after 5 hours of waiting, but nothing happened. We left the hotel because they had cheated us and didn't even give us a preview. Our vacation ended with this. Please be careful with these types of accommodations because unfortunately they are getting worse. We are very sorry that Agoda's customer service couldn't help either, they were not right about the situation.
