I had planned a homestay in Paris, then became ill (Covid). I needed a last minute place to stay were I could isolate and recover. This hotel was great for that.
My room was clean, comfortable, and had a kitchen. It was basic and that was reflected in the reasonable price. I especially liked that it was an easy walk to a pharmacy and grocery store. With the kitchen I easily made simple meals for myself.
Once I got better I also enjoyed the wonderful local bakery and wished I had time to try the many interesting restaurants in the St Maurice area.
In addition to bed and kitchen, the room had a TV (only French speaking channels) and a small table. The window gave me a nice view of the neighborhood street. This side of the hotel was quiet at night.
The hotel is close to a stop for bus 24, which is what I took to the Flixbus Station in Bercy when I left. Easy. I did not get to visit the tourist attractions of Paris (but I have several times before) so not sure how easy it is to reach them from here. If what you want is a nice, budget hotel (for Paris) in a diverse non-touristy neighborhood then this is a good option.
I would stay here again.
