Rachel was terrific. Our toilet seat was broken, and she went and fixed it immediately. She's a real asset to the Inn.

The curtains did not close completely and were stapled to the rod. The HVAC did not have knobs on the controls and the cover was broke. Refrigerator and microwave were filthy and frig did not work.
The sheets and towels appeared clean and trash was taken out. TV worked . The pictures on line and what we were given were totally opposite of each other.
