Had a great spacious room, the shared bathroom was kept very clean, very comfy bed and the location was perfect - right next to the beach!

Good location, staff were friendly and helpful, but it's dirty - long and short hairs on the duvet cover. I think they cleaned it, but still not ideal. There are other cheap places in Brighton that are better.
