We booked this hotel for the location but also mainly for the pool facilities. Unfortunately at an extra €30pp this makes for an expensive stay. It should be made more clear on the hotel information. Parking right outside the hotel was great, it was €10 for parking but this was known prior so no surprise. The room was spacious , with the exposed beams from the old building. Bed was very comfortable and shower had great pressure. There is a coffee pod machine in the room, with 2 pods supplied, no milk or whitener. Unfortunately the coffee machine water tank had not been cleaned in a long time and had slime in the bottom and old used pods still in the machine. We had to do a full clean of whole machine before using. No tea is included in the room but it was supplied when I asked at reception. We did not have breakfast at the hotel so can’t comment on that. Overall it is a nice hotel with good rooms, in a great location for a good price. I would recommend for sure .

Not sure what the criteria for 4 star is? This was a very nice hotel - converted warehouse. The reception/ receptionist were very polite & accomating - indeed allowing us into our room early. However, the receptionist was also a waitress in the coffee area. The hotel is ‘ down town’ & in area being ‘reclaimed’. However ‘downtown’ is exactly buzzing in an Irish / English interpretation. There are nice restaurants & the pace is very easy going. The hotel itself is very clean etc. but there is not a bad orca restaurant (other than for breakfast). Breakfast is €20 & minalmist - no full Irish here - but it was fine.

I stayed 1 night. I had attic room so if you are tall person you have to watch your head. The bathroom door one closed has very little room in front of sink. Breakfast was different as you had to give your choice the night before 1 cold drink and food and 1 hot drink and food out of menu. The food portion were good .
