Just some downsides:
- Soundproof in rooms almost so poor, so when a neighbour talks over the phone at 3 o'clock you involuntarily participate in the conversation.
- Sauna/pool lady is truly a bit specific, like other guests say.
- The pool area is pretty crowded. As seniors have a discount during the day

We reserved and paid a double Seaview but received only a twin bayview without compensation. The room only gets cleaned if you specifically ask for it. Location and view are good, but it ain't a 4 star hotel. The carpets are old and filthy, the curtains don't even cover the entire window. The bed linen doesn't stretch over the entire mattress. TV is old and small.
