    I read some negative reviews before booing. But went ahead as the location is .. as mentioned by many, the closest to beach and price is the most value for money in Malibu area. The room was clean fresh bright. It has small garden at the back. (Room 19) plenty of towels and toiletries. There’s a small fridge microwave coffee maker. And I’d u drive u get to park yr car right opposite yr room. Place is quiet mostly. Love it.

    Mauled by the sink areas. Ants everywhere. Not cleaned well. Woken up from noise above. We left halfway through our stay because this place was disgusting, and they wouldn’t refund

    No complaints except one big complaint that they don't have a hot tub for general use as advertised!!! I would never have booked this hotel if I knew that.
