Stayed at the hotel for a business trip, location was excellent, as was the hotel, staff, facilities and the pub attached. Will definitely stay again

I loved the look of this accommodation with the glass balcony and what looked like a good location + near to my location with many advantages.
However, initially I was lied to by the lady that answered the phone and informs me that I could not change the night that I was coming as they were fully booked when going straight online that turned out to be untrue. Secondly, the floor Cath dirty marks on it being very house proud. I found this unacceptable, thirdly, unfortunately the gammon was so salty and chewy that it was unedible. I also had a slight problem with heating saying it was at 28 and it really did not feel like it was 28 and bathroom radiator was not on at all although they did supply me with a heater.
I would rate this to other people but I would also fill them in how I felt slightly let down.
