Walking distance to the beach (many), trolley pick up & drop off in front of hotel.
The property is very nicely renovated with a retro Parisian vibe. The staff is friendly and accommodating. The room is has all the comforts of home including a Bluetooth speaker that I used as a sound machine. The bed is comfortable and the nightly cookie is delicious and calorie-free 😉

We have stayed at LPP twice now, and it is our go-to for Laguna Beach. The rooms are clean and roomy, with nice decor. The staff is welcoming and attentive. You get a complimentary glass of rose sparkling wine when checking in. Breakfast is great, with lots of good choices. It is a quick 5-minute walk across the street and through the Montage resort to get to the beach, and an easy 10-minute drive into the main part of town. We will continue to stay here each time we come to LB in the future.
