We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this stylish, well-run hotel. Beautiful, modern decor. Our room was small but well-designed to maximize space. Outstanding breakfast and helpful staff. Great location for walking to all the major sights. My only constructive feedback is that the coolest setting on their thermostat was never cool enough for our preferences, but windows can be opened. We would stay here again.

The hotel is very nice and comfortable situated in a good location. Not perfect if you want to explore Eiffel, you need to walk quite far, no grocery store near by but overall experience is very pleasant and comfortable. The bed is very comfortable with 2 pillow that you can choose. Electric curtain. very fine and love recommend this hotel for your pleasant stay.

It was a beautiful stay. Near public transportation and supermarkets as well as sightseeing spots. The staff were amazing. The only complaint was that the running water was lukewarm, nearly cold, so we couldn't take a hot bath. But other than that, the room and view were gorgeous day and night!

I did a lot of research prior to booking this hotel. We stayed here for 4 nights for my birthday. It was also my first time in Paris. The hotel is in a great location because it is hidden away from the busy areas but still a walking distance to main attractions like Eiffel tower, the Louvre etc. We originally booked the duplex room but ended upgrading it to the suite. The room is spacious for Paris standards. However we had issues with our stay almost every day. Night 1: the shower leaked into the toilet area. We told the hotel the next day and they addressed it. Night 3: there was hair (pubic?) on the face towels. I almost wiped my face with it but noticed the hair. For a 5 star hotel - this is unacceptable. The hotel addressed this by providing clean towels, an apology letter and macarons. Night 4: We saw 1 mosquito flying around the first few nights and I had 2-3 bites. The last night…there were at least 20 mosquitoes in the room. We stayed up till 3am trying to kill as many mosquitoes as possible but when we woke up, my husband and I were bitten over 15 times. We have bites on our faces, arms, legs and back. Since it was our last night we did not complain to change rooms as it was a hassle but where did they come from?? There was no warning from the hotel, no bug spray provided. We are now suffering from itchy bites for our second leg of our trip. Overall - the hotel addressed the issues whenever we brought it up. They apologized again before we checked out for the towel incident. We love the location. The staff was responsive and handled matters quickly. But we will not be staying here again due to the above incidents.
