Check-in was very seamless and smooth. All the staff was superbly professional, helpful and friendly. Room was very spacious for 1 pax and super clean and comfy. Stayed in 2 different rooms in 3 nights. Still and sparkling water is provided everyday. Area is quiet for peaceful sleep. Location is the best, very near to main station and walkable distance to many places. Will choose to stay in Kazakiwi in Luxembourg again.

The multilingual staff were incredibly helpful and polite whichever aspect of the hotel they worked in and I can't praise them highly enough. Our original room had a broken light fitting. It was a standard double room and was tiny, for 2 people it would have been very snug. When the defect was reported we were moved to a superior room on the third floor which was much better in size. The safe didn't work and wasn't attached to anything nor was there a fridge in the room which seemed a curious ommission, especially for a superior room. Being on the third floor, it was very quiet and we slept very well indeed. It was very handy for the city centre, the tram and bus stops and the train station. Luxembourg is a destination like no other, all public transport within the country is free. Because of this we spent far more time than normal exploring the city and the nearby towns; this hotel is an excellent base in the city.

The room is very accesible to all the attractions and just 5mins walk from the main train station.
Walk 2mins to tram to those attractions. Or walk 15mins to the nearest attraction of old market.
The room is one of the best experience in my euro trip. Spacious with cabinet and smart TV (has YouTube) and toilet is very clean.
The staff knew I was concerned about safety at night when I walked back to hotel. She reminded me the right side is bar street, not good for tourist especially for solo traveller. She reminded me to take the main road. I felt warm.
