Perfect for walking to the main restaurant and bar areas as well as meeting location for tours and Christmas market.

We arrived around 1pm and was given keys to the room. After we went up to the room, it was not ready, so we had to bring our heavy luggage back down. It was fine because it was before check in time. However, what shocked us was that when we asked the hotel to store our luggage so we could go out to the city first, the staff gave us a passcode to the storeroom in the basement and asked us to store our luggage by ourselves. The storeroom was unattended. This concerns us as other hotel guests with the passcode could have taken our luggage. The staff was also not helpful because we could not find the storeroom at first, and when we came up for help, the receptionist staff had no intention to help us with our heavy luggage. When we tried to get back our luggage, the lock to the storeroom did not work and did not allow us to enter the passcode (the lock said it was not operational). We asked for help from the staff and when he was there, the lock functioned properly. The staff appeared to be annoyed that we asked for help. It was so rude of him to treat the hotel guests that way. We would not need to ask for his help if the lock worked properly in the first place (knowing that the staff of this hotel is not friendly or helpful from our experience).
