Windows are so unisolated in winter that you have to keep the curtains closed and the central.heating is insufficient for heating up the room. And since there's no staff on site no help is available. Place is run down.

I booked the Viktoria Hotel in Copenhagen through Agoda on Saturday, November 2nd for two nights and paid the full amount in advance. Unbeknownst to me. the confirmed booking was cancelled a few hours before my arrival.
When I arrived at the Victoria Hotel around midnight, it was not possible to check in because the hotel computer had no record of my booking and there was no staff on site. As a result, I was unable to use the room. Since the hotels in the neighborhood were either closed or had no vacancies and the main station closes at night as well, I was forced to spend the night outside fighting off a prostitute and an aggressive panhandler. After a cold night without sleep, being 72 years old, I had to abruptly end my trip and take the first train back home.
This was my worst travel experience in the 72 years that I have been alive-
