I cannot recommend this hotel based on our experience. We booked and paid for a triple room, but were assigned a double room instead. The room was uncomfortably hot and humid, and the carpet was noticeably dirty. Sleeping was very difficult, especially with children and a baby. The only positive aspects were the provision of a baby bed and a bottle of water.
Breakfast was adequate, but when we asked to sit on the balcony due to the heat inside, our request was refused without explanation. Despite several free tables being available, the staff member told us “no.” As we had children with us, we found this response particularly discourteous and discriminatory. All guests should be treated equally, and seating should reasonably be on a first-come, first-served basis.
Overall, we left disappointed by both the room conditions and the lack of consideration shown by the staff. Unfortunately, we would not choose to return to this hotel.

Clean and spacious room, clean towels (as expected for the price paid).

Expensive for providing the most basic facilities. No kettle, no fridge

The hotel is budget friendly and just 20 minutes away from the city centre. The bus stop is located right infront of the hotel. The rooms are big enough and the staff is courteous. However, the one thing that disappointed me was the drinking water policy. Interestingly, they provide only one water bottle even if you are staying for a week. This is weird unlike other hotels, which provide one water bottle every day.
