I booked a Standard suite and ended up being given a regular room
After standing my ground for considerable time, I ended up being given a junior suite as all the standard ones were occupied.
To say the room was tired is an understatement.
Furniture very dated, Nothing at all on the window in the bathroom and the windows in the Bedroom appear to be made of plastic like a shower curtain and had zero blackout capabilities.
Two windows, Neither curtains fitted.
Zero Amenities Outside of basic bathroom, Not so much as a half litre of Stillwater.
The shower leaked so i used all the towels to clear up The mess, only to have housekeeping not leave me any new towels the next day!
I’ve stayed at this hotel so many times, But I have never had such an Underwhelming room.
Staff as always lovely, One of the best you can get, And spa facilities magnificent.
Such a shame the room was so awful!
