2 nights here and we already love it. We slept well. The sound of water flowing was a music to our ear. The staffs are so friendly and helpful. Especially Anil. Thanks for helping with our luggage. Decent breakfast except that there was no toaster. Overall stay a total satisfaction.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel for 2 nights. From the moment we stepped into the hotel we were warmly greeted by the staff who were very friendly and welcoming, gave us some welcome drinks and assisted with our luggages. The staff also kindly explained to us what was around the area and what we could do. The room was very spacious and clean, was in a great location super close to the bridge and bazaar. Breakfast at the hotel was wonderful and staff also kindly helped us to call for a taxi upon request. Definitely worth it to stay here and thanks to the team for making us feel very welcomed!

I tried booking directly but got no confirmation, so I booked on Agoda (prepaid) and then accidentally on Booking.com (no prepay). · The hotel refused to cancel the Agoda booking, saying they "don’t work with Agoda." · When I tried to cancel the Booking.com reservation, they charged my card—even though no prepayment was needed—using details from their own website. · Result: I paid twice for the same night. At check-in, they gave me two rooms and a free bottle of wine, but it didn’t make up for the trouble. Other issues: · Luggage left in the heat, damaging some items. · Staff were nice, the hotel was clean and in a great location. but the hotel was inflexible with bookings. Be careful—they won’t fix honest mistakes

Very expensive for the general conditions. reaching to the room is not easy. You have to smell the food and oil coming from the kitchen. Bathroom drains were clogged, water was flowing out, it was not fixed even though I reported it.
