It’s a good hotel, especially if your main goal is spa and relax. Room is very big and spacious, just like a bathroom. But also, you can notice that the 5 star standard passed this hotel at least a few years ago, for example bathroom is quite outdated etc. Bed is quite big and comfy, but pillows are super hard it was basicaly causing neck pain and uneasy sleep. The bright spot was defenitely a spa/wellness, with nice pool and all other facilites. One can defenitely enjoy their time there.

I stayed 5 days and Hotel is top of the shopping mall. Access very easy to mall. Mostar already compact and nice city you can access every where from this hotel very easy.

This hotel falls short of the standards expected of a five-star establishment. The presence of dirt under the bed and an unpleasant odor in the rooms is unacceptable. Furthermore, the mastic in the showroom exhibiting signs of mold is a cause for concern. The breakfast service appears to be lacking in quality and organisation, with guests being confined to a small and noisy dining area. The demeanor of the staff is not conducive to a positive guest experience, as they exhibit a lack of friendliness and professionalism. Additionally, the early morning wake-up calls by the cleaning staff inquiring about fresh towels are disruptive and inconvenient. Overall, this hotel can be rated as a maximum of three to four stars, and its management should take immediate steps to address these issues and improve the overall guest experience.
