The location is good 👍🏻 close to the bus station and close to old town bridge. Staff are very helpful especially Lesla of the front desk who’d provide useful information which helped us a lot.

Staying here was a pleasant experience, it was very clean, the beds and rooms were comfortable, and the staff are exceptionally friendly and helpful. The staff are without a doubt the best thing about this hotel, they are some of the nicest people I've met working in a hotel. That goes for front desk, cleaners, and anyone else you may find. If you want a good stay in Mostar here is the place to go!

Reservé una habitación en este hotel para hacer uso de la piscina, ya que era la única justificación a su precio.
Nos la encontramos cubierta, con el agua helada y sin poder usarla.
Por el resto, habitaciones amplias pero con detalles que las desmerecian: Toallas pobres, un solo café, sin cuchara...
El desayuno es aceptable, sin más.
No és un no total, pero no vale lo que piden por ella.
