A very long story here but I will be succinct. Was frustrated with my previous ‘Airbnb’ type of lodging booked through Agoda as it didn’t materialise. Out of desperation booked this hotel even though it was far. To my surprise I was greeted by warm and professional staff( the blonde guy with ponytail) who answered my questions patiently and helped with every request I made! I was amazed and warmed by this treatment! Not just him, but the other two at the reception for the other days (I stayed two nights) really made me feel welcomed even though I was a solo traveller and foreigner. This really made my stay worth it! They even hired a black jaguar chauffeur (which I thought was a joke) for me when I desperately needed transport. Yes it was costly 😂😂 only problem was lack of public transport I’m sure locals used Bolt but I didn’t. The room was ok but hygienic although a bit old and definitely needed more power points. I should think the service really made this hotel stay memorable and exceptional!! Thank you!! Merci beaucoup!! ☺️ C’est très magnifique!
