    I stayed in this hotel for two nights in April 2026. This hotel really has the bare minimum, giving suuuper budget friendly hotel. The best part is the wonderful Duomo view from the rooftop. You don’t have to buy anything but they do make sure you’re a guest of the hotel. The towels were literally paper thin, there’s barely any toiletries, and with it being in the city’s center, there’s constant noise all night and the walls are super thin. There was also loud construction going on outside at 4 in the morning!! I couldn’t believe it, I thought I was dreaming. There’s also no AC (at least when we stayed) so that meant we had to open the windows since it was so hot. No screens so mosquitos were biting me all night. Just a horrible stay overall and I wouldn’t stay here again.

    I had to book another hotel and leave early because I could not sleep due to loud music from a nearby bar until 1am, loud hotel guests in the hallway, noise from the street level. The staff offered to move me to a smaller room that might have been quieter. I was so sleep deprived that I could not take the risk as I was starting to get headaches from the lack of sleep. It's nice that it's near the bell tower that goes off at 7am sharp. They are refusing to refund me the two nights I could not stay at the hotel.
