    We arrived early before the check in time and the staff kept our luggage so we can do a fast trip to pisa. The reception staff was super friendly on all the shifts. They accommodated our kids at no extra charge and even gave us advice on where to go on Florence. The hotel is 5, mins walking distance from. The smn station and located nearby from the tram stop as well. The staff at the breakfast was super friendly and greeted everyone with a smile. On our last day we had a train back to Rome late In the evening .. and after checkout the reception allowed us to keep out luggage while we explored Florence. Thank you very much and will recommend this hotel to any of our friends going to Firenze

    Hotel near train station. Occupies one floor of an old building, together with other hotels. Decoration is a bit aged.

    Easy, level walk from train station. Great restaurant up street and staff exceptionally helpful and friendly. Stored our luggage for free while did tours. Breakfast room is delightful.
