    Lovely Hotel, 5min walk to the Eiffel Tower & close to the Metro to get into the Heart of City. Staff were friendly & helpful. Breakfast had ample options that suited all our family. Rooms were small but all you need if out exploring all day as we did.

    Our stay at this hotel was very disappointing. The room was extremely small—so small that two people could barely walk past each other. The bathroom had no fan, and its design was inconvenient; only one side of the shower had glass, so water splashed everywhere and the floor was constantly wet. The biggest issue was the noise. The room next to us was incredibly loud, and after a 14-hour flight we couldn’t sleep at all. When we tried to call the front desk to report it, the phone in our room didn’t even work. The staff were also unhelpful. Whenever we asked something, they didn’t seem to know the answer, and when we told them about the loud noise from the next room, they simply said, “Oh, we didn’t know,” and didn’t take it seriously. Overall, it was a very poor experience, and I do not recommend this hotel.
