The hotel is in great condition and located in a very convenient spot, which was one of the main reasons we booked it. However, it’s right next to a busy road junction, so traffic noise is constant. If you're looking for a quiet and peaceful stay, this may not be the best choice.
We arrived around 4 PM to check in, only to find that the air conditioning in our room wasn’t working. It took staff quite a while to figure out the issue, and after nearly an hour in the heat, they offered us a different room. We appreciated being moved to a new room, this situation could have been avoided if the original room had been properly checked before our arrival.
The new room had a nice rustic charm and was spacious, but it clearly hadn't been fully prepared there were no bedsheets or duvet covers, so we had to sleep without proper bedding. Perhaps it was a last-minute switch and the room hadn’t been set up yet, but that’s something the hotel should ensure before sending guests in.
The bathroom was also disappointing; the shower cubicle was extremely small. I’m petite and could barely move around and there was visible mould in the grout, which really took away from the overall comfort.
In short, while the hotel looks great and is in a good location, the noise and lack of attention to detail impacted our stay. A little more care in room preparation and maintenance would go a long way in improving the guest experience. I don't think we will come back again but we would give this place 7/10 for the hospitality of the staffs as they were great with accommodating us.

Staff welcomed me soo well, it’s just in the heart of the town everything is accesible but forsure a little far from Nice, overall it was a pleasure to stay with the hotel. Definitely worth for the price

This family owned hotel takes pride in their hotel. The owners were extremely friendly and welcoming. I accommodated my late arrival with instructions. The cafe is convenient every morning. The bedrooms was impeccable in terms of cleanliness and comfort. Definitely a great value and experience. I will stay again at La Regency! Merci Thiery!
