    Good hotel within easy walking distance of the city and its amenities. Staff were very friendly and accommodating to any requests including email requests ahead of arriving for information. Prior to booking I read all the reviews and it lived up to expectations other than the breakfast was reported as being excellent, in reality it's ok but could do with a better selection particularly the cooked breakfast and fruit availability. The hotel description says it has a bar but that's not strictly true although you can order drinks in the restaurant and whilst sat outside. Rooms are of a good standard but the beds are a little uncomfortable and there is no fridge in the room. Whilst tea and coffee facilities are available there is no milk provided.

    Definitely not worth the exorbitant tariff charged for the room..but the staff especially at the reception were excellent polite and very helpful..

    There's a tram directly in front of the station so it's very convenient. The staff are friendly and polite. The room is pretty big, could fit 2 large luggages and 1 medium luggage all open with still room to walk around! Amenities are complete.

    The room sound proof is really bad. I could hear the next room talking and even walking. It’s actually very far away from city though a tram is nearby. Not much facilities in the hotel as well. I also had an unpleasant experience. The housekeeper entered my room to open my safe box (that had locked my credit cards and passport) even though I had clearly communicated and agreed by the employee at the hotel counter that it will only be done when I’m back. However, the housekeeper entered my room without me and left my safe box opened with my credit cards and passport unlocked. I am also worried for data security because she could see all my 2 credit card and passport details. The hotel staff only apologised and refused to take any responsibility for any possibility of data leakage. I will be going thru the inconveniences of changing 2 credit cards when I return to my country but I cannot change my passport. Irresponsible hotel employees and management. Regretted booking this hotel.
