What a lovely little boutique hotel. Stayed here for four nights with my teenage son. Staff were lovely, breakfast was ideal, loved the Nuxe products and hotel was spotless. Only marked down slightly due to being able to hear noise from adjacent rooms and TV having no WiFi available to connect devices. These wouldn’t put us off staying again or trying other Esteem hotels.
