Lack of air conditioning , lack of awning over the door, lack of cover to room certainly makes a bad start to a rainy day when staying there

The building is new, next to the heritage building that use for restaurant and receptionist.
Cleaning service are friendly and did good job. Receptionist is helpful even though not really friendly.
The location is prime, cannot deny it, it has 3 entrance, one to the corner of ice cafe and shop, one to the small alley across nice italian resto, one to the sinking statue.
The room is clean and bright, bed is big and comfy. Bathroom will be a bit tight for a big person or person that need walker or assistance. It also has nice terrace, love it.
But i really think it will nice if they provide water cooker, a couple of tee and coffee sachet. I know they have cafe and resto, but it will become a nice gesture that you take care of the customer who stay in. You could provide refill bottle, so the people will 'visit' the cafe.
And I think for the price, you could also provide free parking. Please don't just state car park, but please stated "paid car park" if we still have to pay more for it.
Overall nice, but you can't expect to high for hotel service in germany, I just put to high hopes that they are getting better at it, seems they haven't get that far😊
We end up spend time in cafe and resto outside the hotel, we didn't see the point to spend more for the hotel, if we are not that taken cared of by them.
