Our stay at the Schillerhof was very enjoyable. I especially want to highlight the fantastic location, the stylish design, and the remarkable friendliness of the staff. The whole atmosphere is inviting, modern, and thoughtfully curated.
Only, I would have expected certain amenities to be standard – in particular, complimentary coffee/tea in the room, slippers, body lotion ... For me, these small touches are exactly what set a higher-end hotel apart from a solid 3-star experience – and are often decisive in the guest’s overall impression.
Nonetheless, I would recommend the hotel for its strengths.
