    wonderful location, easy access, staff extremely friendly and helpful. bathroom even had a bathtub, something rare in this day and age, let alone for a small 2 star establishment. loads of restaurants and cafes, let alone the centre of the old port within less than 5mns walk

    Landed on a late flight into Marseille(11PM) and reached the accommodation around 12. The receptionist was asleep, woke up, watched us stand at reception, went back to sleep, woke up when we called the physical phone at reception. Ignored me when I asked if he worked there because he was sleeping on a couch. And then when he finally acknowledged me he abruptly told me he needed a few moments, sat up for five minutes, walked past us to use the bathroom. Then sat down. And finally, we could check in. Service is not a word in this man’s vocabulary. 10/10 for not crumbling under pressure though! He was truly a professional at ensuring his work load didn’t get to him.
