Hotel centrale in una delle zone più tranquille di Parigi, struttura un po' datata ma in fase di ristrutturazione, staff eccezionale, ci hanno persino cambiato la camera con una, dotata di aria condizionata, torneremo sicuramente!!

Nice cosy hotel with a very good location. For those who are not afraid to walk, most of the attractions are easily reachable. Very good for 2-3 days stay. The staff is polite and supportive. It would be good to have a coffee machine in the room.

We stayed at the hotel and found the location to be very good. We were able to walk to several places. They aren’t very close, but if you want to explore Paris you can reach the main attractions step by step, following the order of what is nearby.
What I did not like was the staff. On the day we arrived, one of the employees was quite rude to us. We asked if he spoke English and he said no, but a few minutes later it turned out that he did. I also told him that we spoke Spanish, but he insisted that he only spoke French. For a hotel, I think that kind of attitude is not appropriate, since guests come from all over the world to visit the city. That left a negative first impression of Paris for me.
Another issue was that I specifically asked for no housekeeping in my room, but they ignored the request and insisted on doing it anyway. I really don’t like staff entering the room during my stay, as I prefer the security of my belongings.
Finally, on the last day, check-out was at noon, but at 11 a.m. they were already knocking on the door asking us to leave.
I believe that if the hotel improves these aspects, the overall experience could be much better. The property itself is nice, and I liked the location, but the service and attitude made the stay less enjoyable.
