Super friendly receptionist / staff. Very nice location, allowed us to hit all the major tourist spots in just a couple of days with no trouble (plus it's right next to a metro entrance, and right in front of a roman gladiatorial arena!) - plenty of great eats and night life nearby too. Comfy bed and clean room. My only suggestions are perhaps a shower curtain, as we had to be very careful not to splash too much on the floor, and the mini fridge (which we did not expect nor really need but appreciated) didn't seem to work. However I would highly recommend this location.
