    Our family room was a door onto reception and next to the toilet there which we heard being used all night. Only 2 mugs and 2 teabags for a 4 bed, no water, only two chairs around the table. Room is a bit disjointed with a bed alone around the corner from others.

    I stayed one night at the Avia Saphir Montparnasse Hotel and had a good experience. The location is very convenient, close to public transport and easy to get around Paris. The hotel was clean and comfortable, and check-in was smooth.It was a short stay, but everything met my expectations and worked well for a one-night stop. I would consider staying again for a short visit.

    The Good Location: The hotel is excellently situated, very close to the Metro, making it easy to navigate Paris. Day Staff: The daytime receptionist was incredibly kind and welcoming. The Issues Room Condition: Unfortunately, our room had a persistent, unpleasant smell coming from the bathroom. We returned late at night and were forced to keep the windows open to vent the odor, which was very uncomfortable as it was quite cold outside. Night Management & Lack of Empathy: The biggest disappointment was the night receptionist. My wife and I were with a friend whose bag was in our room. When we arrived late, I asked my wife (who is pregnant) and our friend to wait in the lobby for just one minute while I ran up to grab the bag so they wouldn't have to stand in the cold. Rudeness: The night receptionist was extremely unfriendly and told them they were "not allowed" to wait inside. Despite explaining it would only take 60 seconds, he forced them to wait outside in the cold. This lack of basic human decency especially toward a pregnant woman is unacceptable.
