We have often struggled to find interesting hotels near the CHannel Tunnel port and this one was definitely an exception. A lovely chateau with a great restaurant in extensive grounds. Lovely, modernised rooms but with an old fashioned flair (in a designed way). Great indoor pool, just wish it had a hot tub and sauna or steam, there's certainly plenty of room for it.

If you don't read too much into the word 'chateau' and don't expect too much, this is an acceptable choice. Clean, comfortable, and quiet. Major plus: the swimming pool. Mqjor minus:
