Stayed here for a night while walking part of Via Francigena.
We arrived around 17-30h. There is a phone to contact staff when you arrive. Someone dashed over from reception and just gave us our room key with very little communication. The room was on the ground floor two twin beds not the double we’d requested. It wasn’t very clean and not really worth the £105 we paid. At breakfast there were no staff. Tables were set up but apart from bread and croissants the other supplies were low. It looks like the hotel is a side line and the campsite services take priority
I would return as the location is excellent with good on site facilities however I would expect a bit more effort from hotel staff. Restaurant staff were very good.

We really loved the experience staying at the hotel, no parking problems, park in a farm forecourt area, the staff are very helpful, Stephanie helps with the hotel and does an amazing job, camping and caravans are available, swimming pool, beers are expensive so stock up whilst about but to be expected at any holiday camp, the overall feel from the place is very child friendly, pet friendly really enjoyed our experience here and will be coming back with all the kids for a longer break in chalet if we can get one, thank you for a lovely holiday!
