We enjoyed the character of the hotel and the location. The room was small but very comfortable and quiet. We had a small terrace and would open doors to get the sun and buzz of the people below.

For the price we paid it was very good value. The breakfast was really nicely presented. Note: As with most hotels within the city walls, you may hear loading/offloading activity early in the mornings.

I have a motorised wheelchair and asked for the adapted room which was on the ground floor. It was a very spacious room making it easy to move around the room. The shower had a seat attached to the wall the the shower doors opened up wide to allow my wheelchair to park close enough to the shower seat for me to transfer. We had breakfast included in our deal which was really wonderful each morning. It was served downstairs and I could get there easily using the lift. The hotel was really central to everything intra mura and the church bells that rang a few times each day were just charming. It was very quiet at night even though my room was on the ground floor.
