Hotel Aurore Paris Gare de Lyon is a walkable distance away from the Gare de Lyon, which makes it a good option if you're planning on connecting trips through the station. The room is clean but has a stuffy scent even though it's a non-smoking room (we opened the window a bit and the air circulated better). The bed is comfy. The toilet and shower is a bit old but everything was working (the shower area was a bit small but still okay). The staff offered to store our bags after we checked out while we explored Paris and we just went back to get them before the end of the day. Overall, the Hotel Aurore Paris Gare de Lyon is convenient for travelers looking for a place to rest while making sure they can catch their next train to wherever their next adventure is.
