Great location and great food!

We chose this hotel because it was easy walking distance from the train station and we were able to get our luggage there easily. It is not near the San Marco area, but there are some nice restaurants and scenery. The room was what we needed for 3 people and the staff was pleasant and helpful. There is a nice lobby and a bar. If we ever go to Venice again, we would stay there.

The hotel Should provide hotel slipper and kettle in the room for the comfort of the guest to walk around in the room. Nice staff, Very near to train station, very convenient and easily to walk to the city main tourist attraction. Thank you very much.

We returned here as we love the historic design within the building and the breakfast is the best we've had anywhere on our travels. It's right beside the train station so no dragging luggage around Venice. Comfy beds. Could do with an extra couple of towels in the bathroom. Also there were tour groups staying in the hotel, their leaders come round knocking on doors of guests in the early morning, having loud conversations then with them about their night and on one morning they all stood chatting away right outside our door so we couldn't get back to sleep. The tour groups have absolutely no consideration of other guests, later on the first day they were standing in a group outside our room when we were trying to go for a nap. We would recommend the hotel maybe chats with these groups and reminds them to respect others.
