This hotel/house is extremely dated and in need of renovation. Tiles are cracked, paint is chipping everywhere, and the furnishings are dirty. The breakfast is sub-par: hard boiled eggs, boxed cereal, boxed juice, boxed milk, stale bagels/bread and limited fruit. Thatās all you get. Weāve been here for 4 days and the pool hasnāt been cleaned once even though Iāve asked about getting it cleaned 3 times. There should be no resort fee since this is the furthest thing from a resort Iāve ever stayed in. Spend the extra money and stay somewhere decent that youāre not afraid to go barefoot in the room.

We got moved to Heron house which is their close to downtown place. Roman was nice enough to give us an upgrade.
