    Rooms were clean and well kept. The location is a bit out of town (unless you are there for Bern-Expo), but close to the public transport (trains and buses) so getting to the old town is not much hassle.

    Overall the staff is polite. Family room is big but no aircon at all, we feel warm even the area is 10plus degree. The laundry usage also ok but when you want to open when it is ready, you have to put another coin to get it open. It make no sense at all cos the cloth already washed. Hotel have to take note about the laundry instructions to the guest.

    Considering the overall assessment of the facility, I will focus on the most important aspects, namely the absence of a telephone in the rooms. I find it difficult to envision how residents would be able to call for help in an emergency, such as illness or injury?
