La localisation : quartier calme, tram pour rejoindre le centre à quelques minutes à pied.
L’appartement : fonctionnel, confortable.
Gentillesse des gérants.
Un petit bémol : pas très bien isolé, on entend parfois les voisins

There was no staff to guide guest especially in usage of rooms facilities like kitchen etc as some guest are not familiar with some facilities. The location is good, you may find a guest who is new in area needs to be guided like where the tram/train station is, where i stayed i did not manage to know where i could wash my clothes (washing machine location) and ironing place.
I could not find anyone to ask once i need assistance.
