Absolutely 100% fantastic staff. Simply amazing, and after exploring and listening to the wonderful front desk staff, Haris, we had the best trip to the lovely Mostar. Excellent restaurant within hotel was excellent food, also superb service. Friendly and very courteous staff overwhelmingly wonderful hotel kept immaculately clean. Will stay there again.

Nice place for a short stay or a transit stay. Location is approx. 2.5 km away from old town. Overall cleanliness is good but room cleanliness needs more improvement. Breakfast is good. Staff is friendly and cooperative.
