Beautiful and very clean. Close to everything. Spacious bathroom. Incredibly comfortable beds. Small kitchen but everything thing you need is there. Laundry and fresh cold water in the gym. Only minus a little bit dark and lack of cupboards. Coat hooks on the wall would be nice. Overall very good

The location is nice as it really close to the tram!
The room design is super gorgeous I can’t even describe in words!!!
Overall I will give it a 4.5/5!!! And I highly recommend with this price range!

Thanks to Edga for letting us check in early. Clean and comfortable room was exactly like the photo, very clean and comfortable, just like at home. There is a free washing machine downstairs, which is great. I want to stay here again next time.

I stayed here for two days, but I did not receive any checkin notice, I was locked out of the door on my checkin, and the hotel said that I had to checkin at 3pm sharp otherwise I’m locked out. I was lucky to have met one staff working in the gym at the entrance otherwise I could not enter on that night. On top of that, throughout the two days, whenever I have a question about my room or my stay, I tried to contact the hotel via WhatsApp or email, no one answered me, nor any staff was working on the ground floor. The worst part was when I accidentally made a booking for wrong date, I tried to modify this reservation with the hotel and Agoda, it seems like the hotel refused to let me modify my booking nor cancel it even it was out of a mistake, while Agoda was very helpful in trying to assist me modify or cancel it. Overall, if you want money valued experience, do not choose it.
